The Williamsburg Academy Stallions will take on the St. John's Christian Academy Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Williamsburg Academy has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 4.

Williamsburg Academy's tournament run continued when they took on Manning on Saturday. Williamsburg Academy took a 45-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Manning. That's two games in a row now that the Stallions have lost by exactly 12 points.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for St. John's Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. Everything went their way against Pinewood Prep on Friday as St. John's Christian Academy made off with a 45-23 victory. That looming 45-23 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Cavaliers yet this season.

St. John's Christian Academy's win came from a few key players Williamsburg Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kylie Finley, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 boards. Finley is crushing it when it comes to boards: she's pulled down at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Brunson, who went 5 of 7 on her way to 14 points.

St. John's Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 3-5 record this season. As for Williamsburg Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
