Bard Early College extended their winning streak to 11 on Wednesday, bumping their season record up to 11-0 in the process. Everything went their way against the Cleveland Central Catholic Ironmen as they made off with a 25-5 victory. Considering the Raptors have won nine contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Cleveland Central Catholic, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly 20 runs.

For Cleveland Central Catholic's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taahira Bobbitt, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. Bobbitt is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Marissa Hampton also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

Looking ahead, Bard Early College will host Harvey at 1:00 p.m. on the 10th. As for Cleveland Central Catholic, they will square off against Rhodes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.8 runs per game on average), something the Ironmen will no doubt try to take advantage of.
