Lansing had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Spring Hill Broncos. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Lansing not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Spring Hill between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17.

Lansing's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Spring Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lansing and Spring Hill will both be playing Bishop Miege the next time they take the court. The Broncos will head out to face the Stags at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Lions will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
