Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Golden Lions vs. Westerville Central Warhawks
If Lincoln was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of New Albany last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lincoln Golden Lions fell just short of the Westerville Central Warhawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Those four aces gave Steger a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aeva Bacome, who had eight digs and three aces.
Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Westerville Central, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-13 record.
