Football Recap: Eastern Randolph Wildcats vs. Asheboro Blue Comets
If Eastern Randolph was feeling good fresh off their 41-3 takedown of Providence Grove last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats took a 20-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Asheboro Blue Comets on Friday. Asheboro's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Connor Brinton led the charge by rushing for 134 yards and one score on only 15 carries. Dallas Brinton was another key player, rushing for 54 yards and one touchdown.
