Soccer Recap: Conway's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Six

Conway proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by four) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Bryant Hornets. This was a revenge game for Conway: when they faced off against Bryant back in March, they had to take a 1-0 defeat.

The win (which was Conway's sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six matches. As for Bryant, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-4-1.
