The Ferris Yellowjackets fell victim to the Godley Wildcats's stalwart defense on Tuesday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were the victim of a rough 5-0 defeat at the hands of the Wildcats. It was the first time this season that Ferris let down their fans at home.
Ferris' loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6-3. As for Godley, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5-2.
Ferris will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Alvarado at 7:30 p.m. Godley is on the road again on Friday and plays Kennedale at 7:30 p.m. on February 16th.
