Volleyball Recap: Sparks Comes Up Short

Sparks was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the North Valleys Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Railroaders of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-12, 25-19.

Sparks' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for North Valleys, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

After both having extra time off, Sparks and Lowry will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Valleys, they will take on Douglas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
