Mechanicville extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 12-5 in the process. They never let the Stillwater Warriors get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Red Raiders, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

As for Stillwater, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-11. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly ten runs.

For Stillwater's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Brown, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Mechanicville and Stillwater could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings. The Red Raiders (ranked 140th) will meet Shaker (ranked 12th) at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
