Onalaska entered their tilt with Arcadia on Monday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They beat the Raiders by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 5-1. For the Hilltoppers, this counts as revenge for the 6-4 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Sydney Kraus 2028 made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Those 14 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Kraus 2028 wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Kylie Gilhausen 2026, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Onalaska's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-5. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Arcadia, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-8 record this season.

Onalaska will challenge Luther at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Arcadia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
