East Forsyth has gone 8-2 against Mount Tabor recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. East Forsyth will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

East Forsyth proved they can win big on Monday (they won by four) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They beat Davie by a goal, winning 3-2.

East Forsyth hit the War Eagles with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emma Owens, Mylie Lockwood, and Addison Clouthier.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Mount Tabor sidestepped R.J. Reynolds for a 3-2 victory. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Mount Tabor's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 30th, while R.J. Reynolds are ranked 94th).

Mount Tabor has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those six games. As for East Forsyth, they pushed their record up to 9-3-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

East Forsyth came out on top in a nail-biter against Mount Tabor in their previous meeting back in March, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Spartans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
