Basketball Recap: Cristo Rey Jesuit Takes a Loss

Cristo Rey Jesuit lost against Key back in February of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cristo Rey Jesuit Hornets fell 62-51 to the Key Obezags.

Anjo Yette was nothing short of spectacular for Key: he went 8 for 16 on his way to 29 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Dent, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards.

Cristo Rey Jesuit's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Key, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-3.

Cristo Rey Jesuit and North Harford will round out the year against one another at at 1:15 p.m. on December 27th. After both having extra time off, Key and Park School will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 5:45 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
