Volleyball Recap: West Lafayette Falls Short Against Ranked Franklin Community

West Lafayette faced Franklin Community in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Red Devils took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grizzly Cubs. The loss put an end to the Red Devils' undefeated start to the season.

West Lafayette's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Franklin Community, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

West Lafayette wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Washington Township on the 23rd. As for Franklin Community, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against New Prairie on the 23rd.
