Basketball Recap: Palmdale Takes a Loss

Palmdale lost against Littlerock back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Palmdale Falcons fell to the Littlerock Lobos 40-36. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1076th, while the Lobos are ranked 311th).

Despite the loss, Palmdale still got an impressive performance from Jacob Toles, who posted 19 points.

Palmdale has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-20 record this season. As for Littlerock, their win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-6.

Palmdale has already played their next game, a 57-41 defeat against Eastside on the 3rd. As for Littlerock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 51-45 loss against Knight on the 3rd.
