Basketball Game Preview: Carlson Marauders vs. Taylor Griffins

The Carlson Marauders will venture away from home to take on the Taylor Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Carlson is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

On Monday, Carlson didn't have too much trouble with Roosevelt as they won 47-33.

Meanwhile, Taylor hadn't done well against Trenton recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Taylor snuck past Trenton with a 25-20 victory.

Carlson's record now sits at 14-4. As for Taylor, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-14.

Everything went Carlson's way against Taylor when the teams last played back in January, as Carlson made off with a 49-25 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Carlson since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
