Denison is 2-8 against Melissa since December of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Denison Yellow Jackets will look to defend their home court against the Melissa Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Denison pushed their record up to 14-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Melissa, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.
