Volleyball Recap: Crimson Cliffs Has No Trouble Against Timpview

After losing to Timpview the last time they met, Crimson Cliffs decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Thunderbirds on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Crimson Cliffs not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Timpview between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-18, 25-15.

Crimson Cliffs can attribute much of their success to Lily Jones, who had eight digs and two aces.

Crimson Cliffs' victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Timpview, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Crimson Cliffs and Timpview will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Mustangs see the court they'll take on Pine View at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th. As for Timpview, their break will end when they face Wasatch at 6:30 p.m. on the 19th.
