Basketball Recap: River Mill Takes a Loss

River Mill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 40-11 loss at the hands of the Oxford Prep Griffins. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-9 two weeks ago.

River Mill's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Oxford Prep, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5.

River Mill will welcome Woods Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oxford Prep, they are taking a road trip to square off against Voyager Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
