Volleyball Game Preview: Milford Eagles vs. Walnut Hills Eagles

Milford is 1-8 against Walnut Hills since April of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. Milford will host Walnut Hills at 6:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Walnut Hills will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Milford extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over West Clermont.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Milford took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Walnut Hills made easy work of Turpin on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Walnut Hills' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4. As for Milford, their win bumped their record up to 16-2.

Milford beat Walnut Hills 3-1 in their previous meeting back in April. Will Milford repeat their success, or does Walnut Hills has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
