Soccer Recap: Freeport Comes Up Short

Freeport and Walton squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Freeport had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Braves. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Freeport couldn't push the score so high this time.

Freeport's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-1. As for Walton, their victory bumped their record up to 3-11-2.
