Basketball Recap: De La Salle Takes a Loss

De La Salle was the 41-39 winner over Loyola Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The De La Salle Meteors lost 60-37 to the Loyola Academy Ramblers on Friday. The Meteors just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

De La Salle now has a losing record of 14-15. As for Loyola Academy, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-8.

Looking ahead, De La Salle will take on Marist at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Marist will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something De La Salle surely won't give up without a fight. As for Loyola Academy, they will face off against Lake View at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
