Volleyball Recap: Omaha R Gets the Win

Omaha R's tournament run continued when they took on Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries on Friday. The Roadrunners came out on top against the Crimson Knights by a score of 2-0.

Maya Kellogg paced Omaha R's offense, picking up 12 kills. Kellogg got some help from Makenna Humann and her 21 assists. Humann was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Omaha R's win bumped their record up to 43-5-4. As for Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Omaha R wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Indy Genesis HomeSchool on the 18th. As for Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against CHAAMP HomeSchool on the 18th.
