It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Pike Road had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Russell County Warriors 54-20. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 24 points or more this season.

Pike Road is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-11 record this season. As for Russell County, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-15 record this season.

Pike Road will take on Park Crossing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Park Crossing knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 matches -- so hopefully Pike Road likes a good challenge. Russell County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
