Volleyball Recap: Jones Falls to Trinity Prep in First Game of Season

Jones unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to the Trinity Prep Saints on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Jones started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-13, 25-17, 25-18.

Looking ahead, Jones will head out to square off against Evans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Trinity Prep, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Orlando Science at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
