At the plate, Carolina Day let Devrey Hernandez and Martiste Mills loose on the outfield. Hernandez scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4, while Mills scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Sterling Haynes, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.
