Volleyball Recap: Lucas Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lucas lost against Central Christian back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cubs came up short against the Comets, falling 3-0. The Cubs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-7.

Lucas' offense was headlined by Kenley Brenner and Emma Brown, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Shiloh Walter and her seven assists.

Lucas' defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Central Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Lucas didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Crestline on the 18th. As for Central Christian, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Mansfield Christian on the 18th.
