Basketball Recap: Underwood Takes a Loss

After flying high against Battle Lake last Tuesday, Underwood came back down to earth. The Underwood Rockets fell to the Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets 63-57. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Comets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-59 back in January.

Underwood's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Hillcrest Lutheran Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Looking ahead, Underwood will head out to take on Hancock at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillcrest Lutheran Academy has already played their next contest (against Parkers Prairie), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
