Basketball Recap: Grand Saline Takes a Loss

Grand Saline lost against Van back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Grand Saline Indians had to suffer through a 65-35 loss at the hands of the Van Vandals.

Grand Saline has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season. As for Van, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season.

Grand Saline has already played their next game, a 51-39 defeat against Pine Tree on the 27th. As for Van, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 52-48 loss against Chapel Hill on the 28th.
