Soccer Recap: East Forsyth Find Success

It was a Battle of the Birds when East Forsyth faced off against Leadership Academy on Monday. The Eagles never let the Falcons get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but East Forsyth were the better team in the second half.

They hit Leadership Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Angel Hernandez Gomora, Brian Marin Duran, and Dylan Lopez.

East Forsyth now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, East Forsyth will welcome Bishop McGuinness at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Leadership Academy, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Glenn at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
