Soccer Game Preview: Pelham vs. Kingswood

The Pelham Pythons will square off against the Kingswood Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pelham's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Pelham fell victim to Hollis-Brookline and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Cavaliers, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Pelham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked 29th, while Hollis-Brookline are ranked first).

Meanwhile, Kingswood had just enough and edged out Laconia 2-1 on Saturday. Kingswood haven't had any issues with Laconia recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Kingswood's win bumped their record up to 2-10-2. As for Pelham, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5-3.
