Bluffton managed to slip by May River the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bobcats came up short against the Sharks on Tuesday, falling 15-2. The Bobcats' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Bluffton saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dawson Kunze, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Bluffton's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-5. As for May River, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

While Bluffton had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
