Basketball Recap: John Jay Falls Short of New Rochelle in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact John Jay can now relate to. They took a 48-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the New Rochelle Huguenots on Monday. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Huguenots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.

This is the second loss in a row for John Jay and nudges their season record down to 4-7. As for New Rochelle, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

As of now, neither John Jay nor New Rochelle have any future games scheduled.
