Miami East is a perfect 10-0 against Bethel since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Vikings will challenge the Bees at 5:00 p.m. Miami East is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
On Monday, Miami East got the win against Troy Christian by a conclusive 19-1. Considering the Vikings have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Kylie Gentis and Jacqueline Kadel were major factors no matter where they played. On the mound, Gentis pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Meanwhile, Kadel struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). What's more, Gentis posted two strikeouts, the most she's had since back in March. At the plate, Gentis went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs, while Kadel went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, Whitni Enis was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Jersey Cutlip also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
Miami East kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, while it was Bethel who put the first runs on the board two weeks ago, it was Covington who put up more. The Bees lost 14-2 to the Buccs.
Allie Sheen made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run. Annabelle Adams was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run.
Miami East's record now sits at 17-3. As for Bethel, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Miami East has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .441. However, it's not like Bethel struggles in that department as they've averaged .440. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Miami East's way against Bethel in their previous meeting back in April, as Miami East made off with an 11-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
