Basketball Recap: Hingham Comes Up Short

Hingham lost against North Quincy back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hingham Harbormen took a 61-46 bruising from the North Quincy Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Harbormen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 81st, while the Raiders are ranked 16th).

Hingham's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for North Quincy, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Hingham has already played their next game (against Dover-Sherborn), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. North Quincy will square off against Hanover at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
