Basketball Recap: Conestoga Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 14-14 at halftime, Conestoga was not quite Ralston's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell to the Ralston Rams 41-35. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ralston to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eh Wah, who went 5 of 11 on his way to 12 points. Wah has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Winner Mutoke was another key player, putting up eight points and five rebounds.

Conestoga's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Ralston, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Conestoga didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-49 victory against Nebraska City on the 11th. Ralston has also already played their next match, a 57-49 win against Malcolm on the 16th.
