Volleyball Game Preview: Naperville Central Redhawks vs. Neuqua Valley Wildcats

The Naperville Central Redhawks will square off against the Neuqua Valley Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Naperville Central will be strutting in after a victory while Neuqua Valley will be coming in after a defeat.

On Tuesday, Naperville Central earned a 2-0 win over Waubonsie Valley.

Naperville Central never let Waubonsie Valley on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Neuqua Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Naperville North on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

Neuqua Valley was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Naperville North work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-18, 26-24.

Neuqua Valley's loss dropped their record down to 17-12. As for Naperville Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.
