Baseball Recap: Lawton Victorious

Lawton not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4, 2024. They put the hurt on the Anadarko Warriors with a sharp 11-5 win. This was payback for the Wolverines, who suffered a 9-5 loss the last time these two teams met.

Lawton let Jameson Bennington and Ivan 'Max' Thomasian run wild. Bennington scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Thomasian went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double. Those three RBI gave Thomasian a new career-high.

Lawton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
