Volleyball Recap: Sexton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sexton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Portland Raiders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-11.

Sexton's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Portland, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 27-7-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sexton will take on rival Lansing Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Portland is set to square off against their familiar foe Olivet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
