Volleyball Game Preview: San Jose Bulldogs vs. Lincoln Lions

San Jose is 0-6 against Lincoln since April of 2022 but things could change on Wednesday. San Jose will head out on the road to take on Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

San Jose is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 22nd straight game dating back to last season last Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Mt. Pleasant.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 25-12.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Lincoln duked it out with Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday. Lincoln came up short against Mt. Pleasant, falling 3-0. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for San Jose, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

San Jose suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Lincoln in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can San Jose avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
