Basketball Recap: Canton Cobras vs. Northville Mustangs
Canton suffered their closest loss since December 5, 2023 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Northville Mustangs by a score of 53-51. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-52 back in January.
Several Cobras players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kessler Blakita, who went 7-for-16 en route to 16 points and eight boards. Lem Pettway was another key player, going 6-for-13 to rack up 16 points.
