Highland entered their tilt with Mountain Ridge on Friday with ten consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 11. They put the hurt on the Mountain Lions with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in March.

Highland not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Mountain Ridge between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16, 25-19.

Rhett Yetter paced Highland's offense, picking up nine kills. Yetter got some help from Tony Taylor and his 25 assists. Yetter was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Highland's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 30-9-1. As for Mountain Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-17 record this season.

Highland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against O'Connor on the 13th. Mountain Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
