Baseball Recap: Bishop Canevin Victorious

After only one run in their last game, Bishop Canevin made sure to put some runs up on the board against Sewickley Academy on Monday. Bishop Canevin was the clear victor by a 15-3 margin over Sewickley Academy. The win continues a trend for the Crusaders in their matchups with Sewickley Academy: they've now won four in a row.

Aaryn Edwards was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Another player making a difference was Kellen Andruscik, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Bishop Canevin always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sewickley Academy only posted an OBP of .368.
