Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy). They blew past East 13-3 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Royals.

Connor McGough and Ryan Wiehe did most of the damage at the plate: McGough went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run, while Wiehe went 2-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI. That's the most RBI McGough has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Lancy, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.

Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy's record is now 19-7. As for East, they dropped their record down to 8-16 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy nor East have any future games scheduled.
