Soccer Recap: Trinity Christian Comes Up Short

Trinity Christian lost against Christ Covenant back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Spartans, falling 7-3. Trinity Christian have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Christ Covenant, the win snapped their losing streak at five matches and leaves them with a 10-9-1 record.

Coming up, Trinity Christian will welcome Pitt County P at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trinity Christian will be up against Pitt County P's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.57 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Christ Covenant, they will head out to square off against Jacksonville Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
