Basketball Recap: Sylvan Hills Gets the Win

Sylvan Hills proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 31) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Greenbrier Panthers, sneaking past 72-70. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Sylvan Hills is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Greenbrier, they moved to 12-5 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Sylvan Hills has already played their next game (against Jacksonville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Greenbrier has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Vilonia.
