Baseball Recap: Desert Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Desert Christian Academy lost against Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Conquerors fell 10-6 to the Mustangs. The Conquerors just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Judah Garrison was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Westin Abarrate, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Desert Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Desert Christian Academy will take on rival San Jacinto Leadership Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School is set to square off against their familiar foe San Jacinto Valley Academy at 3:30 p.m. on the 30th.
