Bay has gone 9-1 against North Olmsted recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Bay Rockets will head out on the road to square off against the North Olmsted Eagles at 12:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Bay took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They walked away with a 33-24 victory over Buckeye.

Meanwhile, North Olmsted made easy work of Valley Forge on Saturday and carried off a 40-19 win.

North Olmsted's win came from a few key players Bay will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Taylor Wengstrom, who posted 17 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Katie Strong, who earned eight points along with five boards and four steals.

North Olmsted smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2023.

North Olmsted's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Bay, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Bay was able to grind out a solid victory over North Olmsted in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 55-42. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bay since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
