Central Plains came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 58-48 win over the Rawlins County Buffaloes. The Oilers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Buffaloes, too.

Tayten Dewey and Kayte Shively certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Dewey shot 54% from the field on her way to 19 points, while Shively dropped a double-double with 18 points and 14 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Dewey now owns an excellent 45.3% field goal percentage. Camden Franklin was another key player, putting up five points.

Central Plains' victory bumped their record up to 16-3-1. As for Rawlins County, they moved to 17-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Central Plains nor Rawlins County have any future games scheduled.
