Basketball Recap: Shidler Skates Past Deer Creek-Lamont with Ease

After losing to Deer Creek-Lamont the last time they met, Shidler decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Shidler Tigers breezed past the Deer Creek-Lamont Eagles to the tune of 64-17 on Thursday. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 22 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Shidler and bumps their season record up to 15-11. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points over those games. As for Deer Creek-Lamont, they are on an 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-23.

Shidler has already played their next game, a 58-48 defeat against Medford on the 15th. Deer Creek-Lamont does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
