Softball Preview: Goshen RedHawks vs. NorthWood Panthers
Goshen is 9-1 against NorthWood since May of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Goshen RedHawks will be playing at home against the NorthWood Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Goshen will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
Goshen took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against South Bend Clay and snuck past 8-6.
Abigail Blankenship spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and four unearned) runs on six hits and racked up nine Ks.
